These applications require seal materials engineered to withstand corrosive, erosive, abrasive, high pressure, and/or high-temperature environments.
iAlloys provides mechanical seal faces and components in materials designed to meet these demands while maintaining the integrity of the equipment and facilitating the longest possible life. Our seal faces are available as precision ground “Ready-to-Finish” blanks with fully finished and lapped configurations in diameters up to 13″ (330 mm) and with flatness tolerances down to 1 HLB.
